The dimensions of the SK150 and SK200 are designed to maximize site production. The width of 2.4 meters prevents excess material from compromising the stability of the machine during movement and the front blade of 80 centimeters, curved at the top to facilitate the rotation of the material, allows you to move more than one cubic meter of material.
The main components are made of Hardox (steel with high abrasion resistance) to ensure ruggedness and reliability over time. The lateral plates allow you to spread all the material loaded inside and to pass with extreme precision near obstacles (for example walls or curbs) for an excellent finish of the grading.
The movement of SK150 and SK200 is completely automatic, thanks to the 2D or 3D electronic system that adjusts its positioning, and independent from the machine arm which remains at the end of the stroke, as they are able to move both in elevation and in inclination thanks to the two lateral lifting cylinders and to the central pin.
To adapt SK150 and SK200 to any type of skid steer loader on the market we have developed two different types of coupling to the machine. The standard coupler adapt to all skid steer loaders equipped with a fixed carriage as they are stable in movement, while the articulated coupler is ideal for all amortized skid steer loaders as it compensates for machine oscillations to ensure operating speed and quality of the grading without compromises.
The heart of the SK150 and SK200 is the hydraulics contained within them which allows rapid but extremely accurate positioning while the skid steer is in motion. It consists of a proportional hydraulic distributor designed to best respond to the impulses of the 2D or 3D electronic system to make every movement fluid and guarantee uniform grading.
SK200 is also equipped with a hydraulic slide in the lower part, with incidence adjustable by the operator in the cabin, designed to increase the support surface of the equipment on the ground in order to improve the quality of the finish and operating speed. Used in the final passes, it allows a pre-compacting of the material for a grading without imperfections.
SK150 and SK200 can both be equipped with a 2D or 3D control system of any brand. The 2D system, commonly called the laser system, consists of a monitor positioned in the cabin and two laser receivers mounted on the telescopic poles on the sides of the blade.
The level is defined by a laser transmitter positioned on site that defines the plane and the slopes of the surface.
The 3D system is technologically more advanced and can be composed of a variety of sensors depending on the processing and the context in which it operates. The monitor in the cabin, on which the project can be loaded or implemented, can be guided by satellite sensors (GPS) or by a robotic total station and is able to automatically adjust the height and slope of the blade according to the position into the project.
