The SK150 and SK200 grading blades feature fully automatic movement, managed by an advanced 2D or 3D electronic control system. This system continuously adjusts the blade’s positioning, independent from the machine arm, which remains fixed at the end of its stroke. Thanks to the two lateral lifting cylinders and a central pivot, the blades can move both in elevation and inclination, ensuring maximum precision on every project.

To guarantee adaptability to any skid steer loader on the market, we have developed two types of coupling systems:

• Standard Coupler → Designed for all skid steer loaders with a fixed carriage, ensuring stable movement and excellent grading performance.

• Articulated Coupler → Ideal for amortized skid steer loaders, as it compensates for machine oscillations. This ensures consistent operating speed and grading quality without compromise.

 With this flexibility, the SK150 and SK200 can be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of machines, making them versatile solutions for professional contractors.

Both the SK150 and SK200 grading blades can be equipped with 2D or 3D electronic control systems from any major brand, ensuring maximum flexibility and compatibility on site.

2D Laser System

The 2D system, commonly referred to as a laser system, consists of:

• A monitor positioned in the cabin

• Two laser receivers mounted on telescopic poles on the sides of the blade

• A laser transmitter positioned on site, which defines the reference plane and slope of the surface

This setup guarantees high precision grading with a straightforward and reliable technology.

3D GPS / Robotic Total Station System

The 3D system represents a more advanced technological solution, ideal for complex projects and varying site conditions. It can integrate a variety of sensors depending on the context, including:

• Satellite sensors (GPS)

• Robotic total stations

With the project loaded onto the in-cabin monitor, the system automatically adjusts the blade height and slope in real time, according to the project’s digital model. This ensures unmatched accuracy and efficiency in grading operations.
